To apply Tenovate, spread a thin layer of the cream over the affected area and gently rub it in. Avoid covering, bandaging, or wrapping the area unless advised by a doctor. Tenovate may lead to some side effects, such as burning, stinging, itching, dryness or redness at the site of application; skin discoloration; stretch marks; thinning skin; excessive hair growth; weight loss; headaches; and vision issues.
