Psycotene is commonly prescribed by healthcare professionals as an antidepressant. It addresses the following conditions: major depression in both adults and children, obsessive-compulsive disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), bulimia nervosa, anxiety, and panic attacks.
